Although you ultimately hand in all assignments to your lab TA, the essays and observational projects are due during the same week for all students. Here are some of the important due dates that you'll want to remember:
Essays
- Essay #1: Due in lab the week of February 16th
- Essay #2: Due in lab the week of March 22nd
- Essay #3: Due in lab the week of April 26th
Be sure to carefully read the essay topics and recommendations before you submit your final draft.

Observational Project
- Three New Observations: Due by February 6th at 5PM in Room 256A and online
- Six New Observations: Due by March 12th at 5PM in Room 256A and online
- Final Obs. Project: Due on April 23rd at 5PM in Room 256A and online
The moon project manual probably contains the answers to any questions you might have.
NOTE: Some TA's might not require either the paper or the online versions of the moon observations. Please
check with YOUR TA.
