Although you ultimately hand in all assignments to your lab TA, the essays and observational projects are due during the same week for all students. Here are some of the important due dates that you'll want to remember:
Essays
- Essay #1: Due in mailbox (Physics 256A) February 11th by 5 PM
- Essay #2: Due in mailbox (Physics 256A) March 11th by 5 PM
- Essay #3: Due in mailbox (Physics 256A) April 15th by 5 PM
Be sure to carefully read the essay topics and recommendations before you submit your final draft.
Observational Project
- Three Observations: Due February 18th in paper and online by 5 PM
- Six New (9 total) Observations: Due March 25th in paper and online by 5 PM
- Final Obs. Project (incl. 6 new observations): Due on April 22nd at 5PM in Room 256A and online
The moon project manual probably contains the answers to any questions you might have.
NOTE: Some TA's might not require either the paper or the online versions of the moon observations. Please
check with YOUR TA.
